Mr. Bressel has extensive experience in handling complex divorce cases, including cases involving large or unique marital estates. Mr. Bressel is highly knowledgeable about Kansas and Missouri property division laws and has significant experience with complex property division issues, including business valuations of businesses in a variety of fields including the automobile industry, and medical, dental, and accounting professions.

At more than one point in the past decade, Mr. Bressel has been a counselor of record in some of the largest family law cases in Johnson County, Kansas, with a number of them having nationally located holdings or holdings overseas; which has provided him contacts with financial evaluators from the East Coast to the West Coast, as well as internationally, in his quest to properly value business assets. He has subsequently organized seminars using several of these key contacts to educate local attorneys on the ways to properly value different types of businesses and their holdings.
